Safina Bi Din is the Founder and Principal of City & Co Solicitors and brings more than 25 years of legal experience advising individuals, families and businesses.
Known for her practical, compassionate and client-centred approach, Safina has built her career on helping people navigate complex legal, personal and professional challenges with confidence and clarity.
Safina graduated with a First Class Honours Degree in Law and subsequently obtained a Master's Degree in Higher Education. Her academic achievements reflect her commitment to excellence, professional development and lifelong learning.
As an Accredited Duty Solicitor, Safina is qualified to represent clients both at the Police Station and before the Criminal Courts, providing expert legal advice and representation during critical stages of criminal proceedings.
Safina is also a qualified Notary Public and provides comprehensive notarial services through City Notary Public and Rose Dean Notaries. She is the Founder of Wills & Legal, Amana Wills and a Member of the Society of Will Writers, advising clients on wills, powers of attorney, estate planning and succession matters.
She served as a former Independent Panel Chair of NHSE Continuing Health Care Review Panels and a former Independent Panel Chair of NHSE CHC and Panel Member & Chair for Redress Scotland, developing extensive expertise in disability rights, health and social care, welfare benefits, governance, safeguarding and independent decision-making.
